Gala Events can offer a variety of corporate entertainment packages at all of the most prestigious race meetings. Gala also own the Directors Suite at Warwick Racecourse and there is a separate link on this site to these packages.
There are a variety of options at each racecourse to suit each individual client's budget. This can vary from an executive box, a track side facing restaurant, a non trackside restaurant or a marquee facility within the racecourse. We will talk you through these different facilities and ensure that your choice is the most suitable for your firm.
We can also add to your day by organising accommodation and transport or even a well known racing (or other sports) celebrity to sit on your table or to come and speak to your party.
A typical package for one of the above facilities will include the following;
- Private table for 8 or more guests (smaller numbers are catered for, but will generally share a table with another firm)
- Welcome drinks reception
- Corporate admission badges
- 3 Course lunch
- Complimentary bar
- Hostesses in attendance
- Souvenir programme and racecard

- Car parking
